What is the return policy on wines?

If a wine was corked, you have 1 year since receipt of your order to return to the store for a refund on presentation of your SAQ bill.


Why can't I find my local SAQ on the delivery branch list?

Not all SAQ stores can receive private orders. The list of stores designated by the SAQ is available here.


Why do I have to order my wine by cases?

The law requires us to offer private imports wines and spirits by the case only. It is legally impossible for us to offer them by the unit.


What happens if I do not pick up my order at the store on time?

If you do not pick up your order within two weeks of the SAQ store call, it will be returned to the warehouse and the SAQ will charge a fee for the return. It is important to notify us if you cannot retrieve your order within these deadlines in order to find an arrangement to recover your order without extra cost.
